The items ordered on the site are delivered to the delivery address given during the ordering process. The delivery time of an order for metropolitan France is a maximum of 2 working days from the dispatch of the order.
The seller shall in no case be held responsible for any delays due either to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure, or to the act of the buyer.
Any claim for non-conformity or missing product upon delivery must be sent to the seller by email contact@maisondunougat.fr or by telephone on +(33)9 81 24 72 22, within 48 hours of the delivery note being signed. The seller will respond as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the complaint.
If the products do not conform to the order, the buyer must return them in their original packaging, the cost of return being borne by the seller. The envelope must contain a copy of the delivery note and/or the invoice annotated with the dispute relating to the non-conformity. The buyer must then specify whether he wishes to have a product delivered that conforms to his order, or whether he wishes to cancel the latter. In the latter case, the seller will reimburse the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days.
